Sales Manager

A Sales Manager is a professional who is responsible for the success of their company’s sales department. They set goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they’re doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what’s happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month.

Executive Administrative Assistant

This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of integrity and professionalism across a large scale organization with many disparate functional support needs. You will be a full time administrative assistant to Sr Executives while supporting their team.

Daily activities include challenging calendar management, organizing meetings and video/conference calls while actively utilizing your keen problem solving abilities as challenges arise. Your responsibility includes submission of expense reports, organize travel, daily calendar management and coordination of meetings.

Department duties may include, but are not limited to the following: Initiate purchase orders, invoice processing, payment tracking, ordering of department equipment and office supplies Manage team conference rooms, teams events, etc.

Licensed Esthetician (LE)

Seeking an experienced esthetician to work 4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday) and be available for some weekends at The Spa at Marshall with Marshall Lifestyle Medicine. We are a high-end facility that includes advanced aesthetic products and services. Our aestheticians perform facials, microdermabrasion, facial waxing, HydraFacials, Microneedling, and medical grade chemical peels. Paid hours are dependent on clinical hours worked and commission opportunities are available plus tips.

Because we are also a medical spa operating under the direction of a physician, our aestheticians have additional tools available to help their clients reach their goals than are available at a traditional day spa. We believe we offer the highest level of aesthetician treatments available anywhere. Health Coach / Personal Trainer

Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor

M Club Fit is a synergy between healthcare and fitness professionals blended with entertainment and lifestyle optimizing experiences. Our team of healthcare providers, health coaches, personal trainers, and patient experience team members collaborate to provide a comprehensive wellness plan for our clients. We are growing and looking for certified personal trainers.

Health / Lifestyle Coach

Patient Experience - Call Center

Patient Experience Team

The Marshall Medical Group is Kentucky's premiere concierge medical facility. Dr. John Marshall Mullins and his team's mission is to eliminate barriers preventing patients from receiving life optimizing care and to change the way patients feel about their physician / patient relationship. The Patient Experience Team will care for patients in the entire Marshall Medical Group including Marshall Lifestyle Medicine, The Spa at Marshall, and MClub Fit clients. This is a concierge front desk position based off sales, hospitality, & premiere patient care.

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to join our team.
